In my 35 years of life…

I have NEVER lived in a year that was colder than average. Yep. Never has a year of my life been colder than the average temperature. That’s not to say I haven’t possibly endured a colder than average winter or month or year but overall the trend in our global temperatures since before I was born has been one of increase.

I haven’t followed the linkie yet; but I will. I’d rather stick my head down an ostrich hole, but I know that won’t help . . . Thanks, Jess. ~ L

A bit frightening to think about, isn’t it. I was born during WW2 (so twice your age), but fossil fuel use really ramped up after the war and CO2 levels have been rising all along, so maybe I can say the same thing.

  3. Ah yeah, it’s a scary thing!

No point with the ostrich hole Linnie, it’s probably hotter down there! Best thing is to take it as it comes and try to do the best that we can. No use crying over spilt milk, especially when our lot spilled it!

I'd love to know what you think so please leave me a comment.
