Sorry for the lack of posts from the hippy homestead. It’s been a busy time with spring planting and of course the lead up to Christmas (bah humbug 😉 ). We have also been spending time focussing on family which has been wonderful. I’ll be back before Christmas, at least to wish you all a good one. 🙂
Take care my hippy friends. 🙂
I normally get the bah-humbugs around Christmas too, as its a little overwhelming for me. But I’ve been distracted by other things in my life to worry about Christmas this year, lol. I’m sure we’ll still have a lovely time, even though we’re just probably going to spend it here this year.
Normally we travel and then there are presents for the people we visit. So it will be nice just to have a cosy time at home, with our family. We’re still going to make it special but we don’t have to spend a lot of money.
Anyway, Merry Christmas, to you and yours. Have a safe one! 🙂
Hard to imagine mid-summer gardening, small-scale homesteading AND Christmas . . . good luck with it all. See you again soon. ~ Linne
Whoever thunk to plonk we Southerners down with Christmas in the middle of our busy season was a numpty extraordinaire! Hugs and sending waftings of (alternative) Christmas cheer in your general direction 🙂
Yes, I second Fran’s comment. Deck the halls etc 🙂
